hello, filing via marriage. my case is currently actively being reviewed. hopefully this goes by quick.
it is being filed through the Nebraska center. immigration already has information of myself on file because I previously had DACA till it expired. anyone else in the same process as me? my lawyer filed it electronically.

as of now, no update. it’s currently under the same thing, actively reviewing. this app gives me an eta of august 2022 for a decision to be made. I’m

the app is giving en estimate for all cases filed on a Hera he since 2018. it does not account for processing times at different service centers (as far as I can tell based on the description). I wouldn’t put much stock in their estimates.

I filed in July & on December 1st that’s when I got my first update. I’ll keep updating on here as my case proceeds. my lawyer estimated me a timeframe of 3 years total.

guessing you have to file a waiver as well? that wait time is 2-3 years depending on service center. same boat

yes sadly I do. I messed up when I turned 18. and I plead guilty to a case not realizing that it was going to affect me. so I’m just hoping for the best.

we have to do a waiver for unlawful presence. that’s a lot of work, but it will be worth it eventually. going to need a lot of patience for the next step.
