they send a letter usually with the code to register the cases online , they upload all the letters their and you don’t even have to wait for usps to get your letter you just have to go and print it from their website . Hope this helps

thanks Shayan, I created my online account long time ago and registered the cases but it doesn’t help with processing time I’m afraid.

mine is also pretty much the same, MSC219154***, ready to schedule since August. I’m in Chicago. I haven’t heard anything from EAD yet as well. somewhat upsetting. unfortunately after this point it will much depend on the processing speed of the FO, which I found out from another website that Chicago is still processing November 2020 applications.

@elif dm my fo is Portland Maine..and my pd is June 7…and I also don’t have any updates since September 23rd after my biometrics regarding ead or 485..we are having similar timeline…hope we hear something soon..

what is I-760 ? i never heard about it. i-765 = EAD and I-131 is advance parol / travel document. my husband applied I-130 for me on nov 2020, been a year and no news. We are going to send I-485 next month in January

ah, sorry yes I-765. we sent all the forms together including medical exam one. i suggest you to send I-485 as soon as possible because it takes extremely long time.

I didn’t send the I-131 because I didn’t want to travel before I settle my life here.

yeah I’m so stressed out because my working permit from different case will expired in July 2022 along with my driving license. i just need new EAD from adjustment of status and currently the wait time in 8-9 months for EAD. let’s keep in touch. very rare I met someone from maine

my medical will be in January 2022 and after that going to send it all

hey lia, we had our interview this morning and he said he will approve my case. it went really easy and well. i prepared sooo much extra files to bring but he said he didn’t need to see more it was obvious to him that we were together for long time and our marriage is real. i saw many scary stories on internet but now i realize if your marriage is real you can be relax. plus, we didn’t use any service to help us for anything from the beginning. so, i hope this can relax and be helpful to you.
