Hello everyone, I just had my interview yesterday, it was a very hard and difficult one,, we just got a paper stating that our case was going to be held for review, he didn’t say if it was approved or not but he said he needed time to make a decision, any of you guys have a similar experience and how long it took to receive any update after the interview? I would really appreciate your comments… thanks

anyone know if I can file 485 form again? I already have filed 485 concurrently with eb2 NIW
however no decision yet, so I want to file eb1 with premium process, but I don't know if should I file 485 form again, because it will reset waiting time and in terms of time will not a big difference. do you know anything about it, should I file 485 form again?

HI guys, I just talk to a live agent through Emma. I just got the infos that my case is in LA county FO but I live in NY.
Also my case was at the National benefit center a week ago. When I asked when it moved there the agent could not tell me. I am confused, does anyone has infos about this ?

Hello everyone,
please who has experienced that before? , I did my interview almost now 3 months ago, and the case still “interview completed and my case must be reviewed “!
I know sometimes the take 120 days, but the issue is I might move to different state by the end of the year for a job opportunity. Well, will that effect anything? like they might move the case to different state and take forever again? or it’s fine ! and when exactly I should inform them of my new address? it’s kinda stressful because by the end of January next year it will be 120 days and I don’t wanna lose this Job opportunity.
Any advice?

I applied for i751 in April 2020 and n400 in April 2021 and now waiting for interview. Biometrics were done early this year.its with NBC and I think it is the slowest

anyone experiencing some delays to get an answer from your case? I did the interview on September 27-2021 and still not hearing about anything, checked at USCIS page and it’s telling me that my “interview was taken and my case must be reviewed” on my I-130 and my I485 still on interview was scheduled.

I talked to Emma , she told me that
“I see that the application is currently in line for an officer to be assigned to the case for the final review where the officer will make a decision on your case.”
Does anynody have ideas and experience about that, how long will it take on waiting for a final review and decision?

Its been over 7 months i filed my i-130 and still no update since i got the Receipt Notice. Is this Normal?
I filed my i-130 as F2A and got upgraded to CR1 in Nov 24. i also filed i-129f after my naturalizarion in hope that they will have a look in my case. Its so frustrating and hard to stay with ur love ones and to know there is no update for over 7 months 😩 #texasservicecenter #uscis #i-130
