why you said it was difficult? what the officer ask you?

the officer asked the basic ones, when did you meet? date of marriage, date of birthday of each other, and a lot of personal questions, the interview lasted one and a half hour, the officer was very detail focused. and it was hard to know if we did good or not since he was not very expressive, he hardly conversated but he asked a lot

same situation here. Ours was an easy interview.

same situation with my parents.. interview was held at LA field office on November 17th, about an hour interview. No decision after interview , just the letter stating that a decision couldn't be made right now.. almost a month and still no update online or in the mail.

I didn’t receive any paper after interview on nov 22 and no update till now. just still interview was scheduled for i485 and case has to be reviewed for i130. still waiting and really nerve wracking. what does that paper mean tho.🤦🏻‍♀️

yes..our IO told us we will received a notice in mail about the interview but its over a month its nothing.

I wanna travel Christmas use advance parole if green card don’t come by then. so scared status still saying interview was scheduled.

@latoya right? I was told that if you travel and you get approved while you are outside of the country when you come back they will ask you for your GC since you are a legal resident, but idk if that is 100% true, I’m scared to travel for Christmas too

I recommend that don't travel outside usa.

no I don’t know how to do that my lawyer tells me to just wait that maybe they doing investigations I don’t know I’m just waiting
