anyone know if I can file 485 form again? I already have filed 485 concurrently with eb2 NIW
however no decision yet, so I want to file eb1 with premium process, but I don't know if should I file 485 form again, because it will reset waiting time and in terms of time will not a big difference. do you know anything about it, should I file 485 form again?

It’s better if you ask a lawyer. But I know there’s a process call Interfiling where you can ask to associate your I-485 to your new application. But do it just when the eb1 is approved, not before, because an I-485 can only be associated to one I-140. For what I read is like an internal document/process of the USCIS, it might work, or it might not depending on the person who process it. But better to check with a lawyer
