I-765 (09) May filer in Nebraska
I talked to Emma , she told me that
“I see that the application is currently in line for an officer to be assigned to the case for the final review where the officer will make a decision on your case.”
Does anynody have ideas and experience about that, how long will it take on waiting for a final review and decision?

i did the same today and got the same response that the applications are in line for review by an officer and will get notified once the decision is made! thats the usual response I guess!

March 2021 here. expedite request got denied today. if your case filed in May is in line for final review I hope this is good news for people who filed before May 2021 :(

Hi NYCFrenchy. So sad to know that you got denied for your ER. it seems only Nebraska not moving, it is so frustrating. But I guess the processing for waiting final decision is super long and most of us are in the same line…
