I try to expedite it using my congressman, they wrote to his office and he sent me the response. The usual “we don’t believe you qualify” crap, that’s it.

why is the Tier 2 wait time 30 days?

tier 2 does nothing. they are just like the agents you talk too. they all work for call centers so that doesn’t make any sense

I’m assuming a lot of people request call backs. There are over 1 million applicants just for green cards alone annually now add work permits/Daca/travel docs/citizenship inquires/rfe inquires etc etc so 30 days makes sense plus I’m sure they do a basic look over on ur case before they ring you back. A basic 8 hr work day with breaks is 7 hrs so even 20 mins with each call back is only 21 callbacks a day

@waiting patiently you thought wrong, unfortunately, Texas is processing pretty slow. At snail’s pace. Don’t even bother with tier 2, they will talk with you only. Useless just as Emma.

Texas is only 6.5-9 months for 751… that’s incredible compared to the rest

Texas is also 10-12 months for EAD for pending AOS. And it’s bound to be increased. I assume we will all wait between 14 and 16 months for EAD. Basically the processing times are a rough estimate and mean pretty much nothing.
