Do you mean you didn't get an RFE when you applied and now you're scheduled for an interview? If so that's actually a good thing.

no i got RFE before my interview but i been outside of usa so no time to doing that medical exam

That's a bad idea. You gotta do it to avoid issues. Maybe they'll let you send it after the interview before they approve you but I wouldn't count on that. Too risky

@sam lio is there anyway you could call and try to reschedule by explaining your situation. Like everyone else, I think it's not a good idea.

I don’t know your situation is my friend, but I would do whatever I could to come back and do it ! mine got ready in 5 days. imagine the officer telling you that you preferred to stay out of country stead of working on your case? I’m not trying to be mean to you but you don’t know who is gonna be interviewing you , and might be a really nice officer but also can be one of those that straight up deny cases just because they can, for every little thing that he could take in consideration but he won’t. I’m just giving you a friendly advice. if it’s possible come back as soon as you can and try to get this done. good luck 🍀

yes, call a couple of places and explain your situation ! cuz the officer on the interview might not try to hear nothing thay you gonna try to say, but you might find a surgeon that will help you “expedite” your exames

@sam lio as they both said, try and do the medical asap. Call around and get the nearest possible date. Go to the interview and God forbid you don't get it back in time explain your situation and hope for the best. All will be well, just do the very best you can.

Try to get your medical before your interview. If your medical isn't complete before your interview, have the doctor write a note that you started the process. Don't reschedule.

if you have time do ur medical and give that on interview...tell them u got rfe for medical...will be best for u...if u dnt do medical and dnt give medical in interview your case may be too much late...so its best to give ur medical in interview

I'm sorry to be rude. But very irresponsible. Immigration is the highest important process for an immigrants. But don't worry. Try to start your exams right away and go to the interview. Tell the office that your exams was not ready and they send you another RFE after the interview. Good luck

I went to my interview my medical was expired they didn’t send mw rfe for a medical. don’t cancel just go and explain he told me not to do a medical until I get a notice that’s from nov 10 still waiting. I want to go outside of us I was scared to use combo card. can u tell me what did they asked when u were coming back please do I have to travel with my husband ?
