Please if anybody filed in April based on a pending AOS through marriage. it's been 6 months and still no work permit has been granted. Has anybody around the same date of filing got it? got my AOS updated to case is ready to be scheduled for an interview though, but no EAD yet.

Birth certificate in storage and interview is next week!
My interview is in a week and my birth certificate is in storage. I can’t go in to get and it they said the earlier they say deliver is November 5th. so I can’t take my certificate to the interview but they already have a copy. I added it when I filed it. is this gonna be a problem?

any idea?
my pd is 03/22/2021 is when i sent in my i130 august 9th it changed to actively reviewed. i am a us citizen. any idea on how long my case will take to get approved?
i checked my documents as well and no approved letter. 😏

is anybody on the same boat… where they have not heard anything post finger print. my last update was 21st April 2021. all my co workers etc have got their GC except me… secondly when checking with EMma… they say sometime the case is in NBC and sometime in local office
