Im IOE too, NBC CENTER, submitted my I 131 on June 7, bio taken August 12, case is being actively reviewed since then, my case was already outside normal processing times since November, I submitted two inquiry’s but like a week ago they changed the processing times and they didnt let me submit another :(

Ale I know I saw them change the times. it was initially 3 to 5 months and now it’s up to a year😱 did you only apply for I-131?

Im IOE091279.. and my case it’s exactly the same as Ale DT. My pd is June 22 , No EAD/AP

@ceara I know I was so mad! i hope its not true! and yes I only apply for I-131 basing on a pending I-485, not the EAD.

I tried expediting through my senator with a job offer and bills but still haven’t heard anything or seen any update on my profile for an expedite being submitted

i have seen post here and in another blogs of people getting approved this days from the same dates, so maybe we’re still have hope 🙏🏼
