Just a question regarding medical. The deficiency letter states not to mail the medical as it could delay my case? Will this hold up my case? I’ve beet in Ready to schedule for interview Since September 14, 2021 NBC/ Newark field office. Case received 05/17/2021 —485/130/131/785 marriage based/US citizen. We received combo card 131/765 December 12, 2021!

hello, anybody have an idea that how long I have to wait in order to see a chance of the status “ expedite request received” . I did the expedite request for I-765 petition on december 14 .. next day the status changed and still waiting, I didn’t receive any email asking for evidence . (National benefit center)

USCIS on-site check/verification for AOS
I had a surprise visit by a USCIS officer at my work. I was working from due to Covid-19 and he was patiently waited until I reached office. It was more of an interview about work, team, etc. for about 30 mins. I was wondering if it was for my h1 extension and he mentioned it is for AOS only.
I have also raised service request as my application went outside normal processing.
Anyone had any such experience of on-site visit for AOS? What to expect next?

Hello Community
I need your assistance. I received a I485 notice requesting initial evidence. The rfe was for mossing information on the affidavit. The office that processed my paperwork is trying to convince me it will not affect the processing of my I-765 as it's two different processes.
Can anyone please educate me on this. Thanks
