I’m confused about my case
My I-360 got denied on July. My lawyer would advice I don’t appeal inoder not to waste my time but submit a new application. I’m on the verge of doing so until around September 30, I received an email from USCIS that they received my correspondence and are reciewing it. My case status is now under Initial Review.
But I never submitted any correspondence or appeal on this case after the denial. What seem to be going on here?
we have taken action on your case.
hi guys I got an email twice this morning with this message from uscis but when I check my case tracker nothing had changed, any idea what this mag means?

Service Center Confusion
I applied I-130 through lawyer for my wife who is abroad. It been 2 months since i applied and the receipt number start with IOE. We have received case recieved letter but on mine the service center is Vermont Service Center and my lawyer letter has Potomac Service Center. When I called the uscis customer service, they said it should be at potomac because receipt number starts with IOE but it has Vermont Service Center. I called 3 times and they all were confused.
I dont know which processing time should look at. It is confusing.

I130
No updates since confirmation of receipt. I made a case inquiry and was told I would have a decision in 120 days. Receipt notice says Potomic, but I have been told Nebraska and TX when I contact USCIS online. Those that filed after us are being approved. Any suggestions?
