I haD to reschedule mine for the same reason, it was 01/11 and I called 01/07. they told me the same and that I should wait for the next letter. the day after my interview my status change to no show at interview (still like that) but I call again (really scared) and they told me it was normal because it was an automatic response, that I should keep waiting and that if I had a letter on the mail of no show i should just write back to uscis saying that I reschedule because of covid just to be safe, so don’t get scared if you have that status!

thanks for sharing ur experience, I’m thinking to send a letter to my FO explaining the reason with the test results just to be in the safe side! 🤷‍♂️

Hey AD! i JUST got an e mail for uscis saying that they’ve received my request and my case will be place on the rescheduling queue for the next available appointment and that they will send me a letter when is rescheduled, so you should expect that soon, Mine took a week

Uscis take the reschedule like fraud marriage,unless they reschedule.carefull

i have same problem like u but unfortunately uscis send me denied/abandoned case for no show up

@Nina Mr, why would it be fraud? they’re asking if you have symptoms or tested positive don’t come to the interview! how do you know how they take it? you have same experience?

@A D. yes, it was scheduled in a little over 2 months of filing. yeah been waiting for long. i did inquiry in october end and they said we will schedule it in 30-60 days. then i went to FO on Jan 4th and they said it is in queue and we will schedule it in a week. it has been more than a week now so i will make another visit to FO by end of month. fingers crossed

@Mgi mig I received the same paper for denial in 2019 .you don't need to leave.you are not priority for inmigration deportat plus marriage Is forbidden .I did send alll .they denied all.I make my AOS again.

all this for saying when I received the "leave the country in 33 days " I freak out and panic.i talk with a lawyer and we start from zero again.my husband was the only working ,this was in December 2019 and we start to save money for lawyer and file again.was 5000 in total and was the beginning of the pandemic.we have the lawyer paid and he was waiting we can save the money for AOS.but I never leave in 33 days 🤣

@M B, did you figure out what # ISO AOS B1 means i have ISO AOS 13 on mine!

@AD, its immigtation service officer number. every officer is categorized further into type of AOS, i.e. visitor visa, K1 etc.

PD : May 29th, 2021 BIO : June june 14th, 2021 Interview scheduled : July 26th, 2021 Request to reschedule : Aug 4th 2021 Interview rescheduled : Jan 12, 2022 Interview : Jan 31st, 2022 Approved on the spot in Houston FO. Passport stamped. Interview lasted 15 mins. We did biometrics first, got called in by Officer Leya, as soon as we entered her office, she said she will approve us the 2 yr GC and we have to apply to remove conditions in 1 yr 9 months. Confirmed the names and address, looked at photo album. Have signed a document that we came to interview. Case status changed to card being produced after 10 mins. We got in at 8 to the uscis office, 8: 10 biometrics, 830 called in for interview, 845 out of the office, 854 status changed online.
