I applied for I140 on May 17, 2021, concurrent application for I485 on August 24,2021, got biometrics on Sept 29, 2021. EAD/AP card pending no estimated date given so far. I’m willing to change my out of state drivers license into a Maryland one, I was wondering if I797C that shows AOS I485 pending is sufficient to prove legal presence in the U.S, and to apply for the DL ? Any thoughts ?

[MSC21909XXXXX] I-485 was transferred to Texas on 3/26, biometrics on 7/14, I-140 got approved on 7/28, got combo card on 9/28. Waiting for the medical RFE. Do you think I can get my card before the end of 2021?

How long did it take to receive 2nd prima facie before expiration date of your 1st one? Do we have to apply for one or it renews automatically?
