Did USCIS charge your credit card?

when filing for i131 you will get it but it will take years before your green card get approve. speaking from experience

@Fiyin Ojelabi if your card is not debited and no notification on your email and phone, I will advise you to check with nearest post office, your form might have been return and hanging there, USCIS does not take that much time to charge credit card

I just read that some cases are taking too long to be accepted, I see a case of 40 days if your case is longer than 30 days after it was delivered by courier, email lockboxsupportd@uscis.dhs.gov with following details and it will trigger the acceptance. The form number(s) the date and address where the form was filed applicant and/or petitioner and beneficiary name and date of birth mailing address listed on the form. I-485 for my family was submitted last week too no response no debit on my credit card and I cannot email lockbox until 30 days please keep me informed on your progress

they said I filed on the wrong edition… I refiled using new edition and submitted again

Hi everyone I finally received the text notification within the week… with receipt numbers for various forms. One of the forms I think I-485 Requested for Initial Evidence, we still haven’t sent anything because we are waiting to get the paper in the mail but then again today we got biometric appointment scheduled… has anyone seen such scenario before and do we still need to worry about the RFE?
