RFE submitted more than 90 days ago (NSC)
I got to talk to Emma via UCSIC and just asked for an estimated timeline for any update per my medical RFE (I-485) submission last September, and Emma said: “Since you responded to an RFE more than 60 days ago and have not received any further information in order to better assist you, I'm going to need to collect some information to send to the USCIS office having jurisdiction over your case. Please allow the USCIS office 30 calendar days to respond to your request.” Anyone with this type of reply experience?

Thanks L D. I was just passively checking to see if Emma could provide any update but that’s the answer I got. I haven’t provided any request. There’s no negative impact on my case by just checking in with Emma, right?

Thank you. I will just patiently wait. My PD is Oct, 2020, and receipt date is May, 2021, so generally I have no idea where my case is at.. I’m sure everyone feels the same way lol
