Case Processing
Traveling with Advance Parole is safe
This is my second time traveling with my AP. Last time I spent almost 3 weeks. This time I spent 1 month in my home country. Immigration officers were very nice to me, they didn't even ask me anything, they just sealed my passport and let me go.

YSC I-751
Hi family, I filled my I-751 on 04/02/20 (YSC) I made few inquiries already and last email I got from USCiS was on 11/15/2021 which shows my case was identified as outside of processing time and since then I got no update and also I filled my N-400 on 04/05/2021 and besides my fingerprint I have not got any update on my citizenship either( Orlando, Fl is my N-400 filed office). Do you guys have any idea, when they usually process the cases that are identified as outside of processing? I’m really tired of waiting anymore it will be 2 years soon. Any help will be appreciated.
The USCIS Officer did not have my actually file during naturalization interview, so she didn't approve my case
I did my interview for naturalization but the USCIS Officer did not have my i750 actual file during naturalization interview, so she didn't approve my case because she said that she requested it and wants to wait…
Does anyone know how long it takes and is there any problem?
thanks

I want help with this
Due to Title 8, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 103.2, we are unable to give information to anyone other than the applicant/petitioner who filed the application/petition or to the Attorney/Representative listed on the Form G-28, Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records do not show a Form G-28 is on file for representation of the referenced application/petition. We can only accept a properly signed Form G-28 from the applicant/petitioner and attorney. USCIS will consider a photocopied, faxed, or scanned copy of the original handwritten, ink signature as valid for filing purposes. An original Form G-28 is needed for each pending application/petition on file.

Name mismatch between EAD card and Passport.
Hello
I received my EAD card and it mentions my Given name as "Eduardo" and Surname "Metzker" whereas my Surname in Passport is "De Souza Metzker". Back side of EAD CARD also shows "Eduardo Metzker". I think it was supposed to be Eduardo D Metzker on EAD right? I am planning to visit my home country. Will this card be acceptable at port of entry while coming back to US?
Thank you.
