but on July 01 2021 only the date updated to July 1 2021
but it still says fingerprints were applied to ur case
No update it's so frustrating

no response after rfe for i 485
hello,
I submitted rfe for I 485 under eb1 on July 6. it has been 100 days and I still have not gotten decision. when I ask Emma they say it’s within normal processing time. my application is in my local office San Jose. app shows I am number 3 in queue since more than 10 days and nothing has moved. don’t they usually have to reply within 90 days?

Eb3 rfe submitted in july, august and September update!!!
hello everyone. as you know there are many applicants for eb category who received rfe for medical in july august and September. majority of us were advised by uscis to submit our medicals as soon as possible so they can adjudicate it. most of us thought that we will get decision before october as uscis is trying to reach maximum numbers of greencard. how many of you are still waiting for your final decision as I believe most of us already passed 60 days which is a timeframe for uscis to respond once they get rfe response. please mention the date uscis recieved rfe response, also mention your processing center and if you received decision or still waiting. please also mention the officer name and it’s ID number which you can find by the end of rfe letter. This information would be useful if all of us put everything together. lets talk about it!!!

hello everybody. Do you guys know what can I do? my husband and i we got married in 2019 and now we are getting the divorce, but he doesn’t want to do this process and it’s been stressful for me. I live in another country and he lives in USA. I also send him the letter to mail to uscis to withdraw our petition and he didn’t do. what can I do guys? I really want to get the divorce, our relationship ended up bad, but he doesn’t want to do this process, now he it’s making me hurt, I still love him, but I feel he is doing me harm and he said that he doesn’t want to talk to me anymore. I know, it’s all over and fucked! I am back to him since June and he doesn’t want to do a shit :( he is ignoring too when I talk to him, he gets upset.

EAD extension expiring in Dec and no news on my EAD renewal
Hello All! I am so concerned because my EAD automatic extension expires in Dec and I am still waiting for my i-765 to be approved. I filled my request in March. I need to continue working!

RFE i485
I submitted my application on July 2nd 2021.
I got an RFE on Sep 17th, Replied to the RFE next week.
12 October, I checked, it shows status biometric is scheduled. Does it mean that the RFE is cleared?
Because when I check the case history it does not show that RFE response was recieved.
