mine still pending since August 2021.. sent expedite request in 02/28/22 and they send me email, denying my request,because they are still waiting on security clearance. Which usually does not take this long.. I really don't know why the don't follow up on that, it is a thing not in my hand to follow up on..

Siva, they denied it 03/08. I sent the expedite requests back 02/28. Now both of my state senator and my congresswoman, both sent petition for the expediate.. will see. Yesterday was my last day at work.. I took my PTO that I have been saving, so i have additional 6weeks… I pray i got something by then

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has automatically extended the validity of certain Employment Authorization Documents (EADs) with a Category Code of A12 or C19 issued under Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Somalia through Sept. 12, 2022.

finally, my TPS was approved 08/22/2022, excatly one year from the day the started procwssing. now uscis update saying EAD card is shipped.. yaayyy

I applied tps and received EADs or work permit a week ago and it took about three months and I did not receive the identity card for tps .
Does anyone know that it was approved or what next ?
