just wondering
Does age is really matter to uscis when you apply for you spouse? my husband is younger than me and he is in overseas !!! I am scared because of age, uscis doesn’t approve our case ? been waiting for 1 year to get approval…. anyone has same case as mine?

Had a buddy who’s wife is over 20yrs older than him and they still got approved. all they really need is proper documentation, evidence and proof that they marriage is bonifide
