if you are already approved why are you filing it again?

I know I'm not allowed that's why I did the 601 waiver that the officer instruct me to do that .........no caught when I was driving when they pull me over........i_601Awaiver only covers for people that entry in the country illegally or without inspection

hi it’s been sent may 20 2021 I know what your family going threw I feel the same thing but I don’t believe in talking to doctors I don’t believe in pills to help me my kids are depressed every day there very close to there father it sad when your kids keep asking is he coming and you don’t have a answer that the sad part of it I’m sure your family gone threw hell too hopefully we’ll all get approved soon and the nightmare is over and no more pain we have to go threw!!

hello I was wondering what questions they asked you about your conviction at the interview?

they already have everything inthe system so you can't lie , they ask me what was the arrest that I have on the pass and for me to explain it dont ever lie to them and tell them the truth

okay thank you my husband will have his interview soon and I'm hoping he will get approved because our lawyer said it should not count as him being inadmissible due to the way they handled cases in switzerland. let's hope so 🙏

unfortunately this is for every one it doesn't matter what country you are because it's a law on US policy if he has this charge on him marijuana he will have to do the old waiver 601 just like everybody else good luck

and remember he cannot have more than 30 G of marijuana charge have to be less on hes record or he will not be able to do the waiver

I'm hoping not my lawyers are pretty certain. they found out that it was not really a true conviction. but we really won't know how it will go until his interview.
