Everything was submitted. Now after 4 months I received the rfe stating I need to resubmit the I864 form with w2 and transcript. I was wondering if that will also delay receipt of the EAD or it only affects the I485.

@bri robles same happened to me but it said recent tax transcript and because the i-864 goes with the i-485 it was the old edition date so make sure at the bottom of the page its the new edition date

did your rfe state w2 and recent tax transcript?

ok @bri robles you might have to ask your employer for a recent w2 and the tax transcript can be printed from the irs website

@ whyareyouaskingmyname. It's for my sponsor. I was thinking the same thing to get the most recent, 2021 but the law office is telling me I should use 2020. I am confused as they asked for most recent. I received the rfe two days ago.
