I think you should call uscis and also send an enquiry for starts if nothing good comes out of that I think you should reach out to your congressman. my PD is October 2019 ,had my interview in December 2020 still waiting for feedback smh . I sent various service requests and I finally reached out to my congressman this year. praying something good comes out of it
