My documents for CR1 have been DQ since 4th of December 2020 . Still waiting for interview date. May I know why I'm not getting my interview date is there something wrong?

I'm married to US citizen and my case is at NVC and they keep telling the Islamabad Embassy not giving them my interview date. it's been 13 months I have been waiting for interview date.

He did but they said it's Islamabad Embassy of Pakistan not giving them the interview date yet. In fact my lawyer he sent expedite request for attending the funeral of my husbands grandmother but, the embassy denied and then the Senator send expedite request of hardship that got denied too without telling the reason to us.

you need to ask your lawyer if you can get your interview @ close by country
