There is a processing time difference of 485 application between Service Center to Field office. for example service center timelines shows 10-18 months and field office timelines are 10-14 months. If I want to open a case should I wait for 18 months or 14 months ?

APRIL 2nd PO— EAD card being produced !!!!!!!!
my EAD case status just changed to Card being produced. can someone let me know how long after will I receive it ? and my AP that I requested as well still says case received 7 months ago is it a separate card ? or it’s a combo card being produced and send at the same time ??? I’m desperate to be able to travel to see my family in December !!!!!

my husband went for his citizenship interview today and the office said that he can not make a decision because he had an unpaid ticket which is pending in court since 2020. how do we pay for that ticket and move on? the lawyer say we can't pay for it because it's in court. uscis say they won't make a decision until he can send them receipt showing that it paid in full. any experienced this?

18 months extension
I moved to a different state and today I went to the dmv to get my license transferred only to find out my 18 month ext expired I thought it expired next year I called uscis and I was told they would get back to me 1-3 business days.How long does it take to get a info pass from them?
