I did send an e-request and am planning to call on Monday about it. My I-130 is in active review but everything was sent in June/July and I haven't received and appointment yet. My parents three years ago took in a foster baby and because I was living with them as an adult had to get biometrics done for a background check with the DSHS office. is it possible that USCIS has these? I'm just not sure and I am concerned about it.

Received my application April 29th, have heard nothing!
My fiance is Russian and we are both retired, so we have been meeting often, Belarus, Serbia, Croatia and now I have received a 3 year multi entry visa to Russia so we are together there now staying in one of her apartments.
Russians have been declared homeless so we have been contacting different Embassies but so far all have rejected, we have not heard back from Poland and Latvia.
Anyway you cant ask the questions you need to ask online or the phone and local offices are closed to walking in (Covid) you can only ask the questions they want to answer. As I said nothing from them so far!!

Hi guys i filled my vawa 2018Dec I got RFE April 2021 good moral I respond 6 months ago with my local police clearance and I was not send FBI clearance I just want to know can send now? or just wait for my Decision because I was Respond RFE 6 months ago I got no response from uscis so far

what is my probability of getting EAD?
I applied for asylum July 2020 then applied for Ead April 2021 did my biometric in May interview in July and was referred to immigration court for next year November 2022 , is there a chance I will get a EAD before the court proceedings?
