what is my probability of getting EAD?
I applied for asylum July 2020 then applied for Ead April 2021 did my biometric in May interview in July and was referred to immigration court for next year November 2022 , is there a chance I will get a EAD before the court proceedings?

case referral to immigration judge will not stop you eligibility for EAD

yes, what flame Jimmy said, unless of course you have some criminal activities on your records like a DUI and other felonies. under the new asylum rules in effect since August 2020, those things would bar you from getting an EAD.
