Does uscis ask for additional evidence if you missing one
Good morning community, I sent my rfe with everything except my federal tax transcript of 2020 because the irs is taking so long and it's going to a whole year since then and calling them don't even help . My question is does uscis going to ask for additional evidence or they going to proceed

We filed for my K1 visa in March and they received the case on March 5th. When is this going to be accepted ☹️. We submitted a case enquiry at the end of October but we are still waiting for a response

I had my i551 stamp appointment in NYC because Newark had no appointments and the agent told me my case would he scheduled soon but they're working for a spot to open up.
apparently Newark is backed up and I've been seeing alot of NJ people get scheduled at Federal Plaza.
has this happened to anyone?
side note- the agent looked into my file (idk what he saw) but he was surprised I hadn't been scheduled.

Hey guys..I had my interview about 2 months ago but after all the question I answered everything correctly and uscis officer marked decision can not be made at the time..haven’t heard anything back since.still says interview was scheduled when I truck my case online...am worried anyone here know anything about this process?#

Looking for any person that has try to exchange his current out of state DL into a new state and since it has recently requested the AOS, and his only proof of the immigration status change request is the I797C receipt for AOS I485, anyone ? anyone in Maryland?
