any NJ N400 filers
I had my i551 stamp appointment in NYC because Newark had no appointments and the agent told me my case would he scheduled soon but they're working for a spot to open up.
apparently Newark is backed up and I've been seeing alot of NJ people get scheduled at Federal Plaza.
has this happened to anyone?
side note- the agent looked into my file (idk what he saw) but he was surprised I hadn't been scheduled.

yes I have the same situation, my interview next Month is scheduled at the federal plaza.

my i751 has been pending since March 2020 and my n400 June 2021

my I 751 has been pending since July 2019 and N400 since August 2020
biometric reused for n400 in January 2021
interview scheduled for n400 December 1
but I only received a interview notice for n400 only.

I'm seeing so many NJ filers with different dates and it's all over the place. someone filed August 2021 and already got an interview

yes there should be some criteria based on which files are being processed. Few file are getting processed in time, some files are taking time. In one of my contact Time line is as per below
NJ N400 Pd Sept 2020
biometric July 2021
interview notice October 2021
interview date 1 Dec 2021
not able to find find out exact pattern in which uscis following to process files.

4-6 weeks before your interview. you can check online,also they will send you a notice through mail.
