what are the next steps for I-131 after “Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken”?
In June I received a receipt (texas center), mentioning that they were able to reuse my previous fingerprints and other biometrics.
Since that time, It said that "As of June 29, 2021, fingerprints have been applied to your case".
Today is november 7th, Is it normal that it takes this time after "“Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken”?"
I don't kow if it should book my flight, since there is not update for my case
Ombudsman
Has anyone tried ombudsman? how effective was it? my i130 is now 660days with no response just “case received” and no update after several service requests. No update on i485 too a month after interview. status shows “interview scheduled” still.
please share your experience if you have used ombudsman before. thanks.

I-765 renewal in Potomac still pending from March 18th
The renewal documents for the #i-765 were received by USCIS on the 18th and here I am 8 months later still waiting for this lazy people to give me the renewal 😭😭. It used to be so fast in the past but well it is what it is. I wish people would just stop saying "oh don't blame it on the workers they're doing their jobs" but when it's one of us that don't do our respective jobs quick or right then we are hold accountable 😭😭. #ead #potomac

I received a Form G-56 asking me to come in on 18 Nov 2021. it stated that the reason for the appointment is: review of form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative. it instructed me to bring my spouse and all evidence that support that I'm in a shared-life with the beneficiary (my spouse). We initially filed in July 2019, had our interview October 2020, and RFE in July requesting letters from friends & family that had knowledge of our marriage and 3 months bank statements. Anyone have an idea of what's going on?
