I did, it was just referring me back to 'Contact us' on their website

ask it any question, and when it replies with the automated message, select tech support. that takes you straight to a live agent

You are most likely getting the ‘Contact us’ page because it is outside business hours.

honestly bthe people in Emma platform they don't know nothing.they can't see anything bin your file.i notice that when on purpose I ask in what service center is my case processing and they gave me 4 different places .when I call the 800 they gave me the exactly place each case
