i601a Waiver Approval to NVC
My i601a Waiver was approved 8/23/21. NVC/Departmant of State hasn’t received notice of approval from USCIS yet and it has been more than 2 months. Anyone else experiencing the same issue? How long is it currently taking? Anything I can do to speed up the process?

you have to contact NVC to inquire if they have got it or not

I have contacted them and they state they haven’t. Its rather unusual USCIS taking this long

that’s crazy Bc they normally forward it to them within 45 days after approval

That’s exactly why I’m “concerned” I called USCIS and they told me I have to wait up to 90 days and only at the 91st days, they can put in a request to look into it. That request then takes up to another 30 days
