did you receive case update for actively reviewing status? my fingerprint was 9/9 but no update in case status since submission for EB3

yes my status changed to actively reviewing the day I completed biometrics. but have been stuck since then. I’ve read that it doesn’t always update but if you’re nervous about it I’d try checking with EMMA online, to make sure your biometrics have been applied

i see. thanks. when i check with Emma, they say biometrics received from ASC, but not applied. this aligns with what i read for family based cases are being prioritized higher now

oh I see that makes sense. hopefully they apply the fingerprints soon and the process moves faster at that point
