No Biometrics yet.
I did send an e-request and am planning to call on Monday about it. My I-130 is in active review but everything was sent in June/July and I haven't received and appointment yet. My parents three years ago took in a foster baby and because I was living with them as an adult had to get biometrics done for a background check with the DSHS office. is it possible that USCIS has these? I'm just not sure and I am concerned about it.

USCIS may send you your card(s) without asking you for biometrics. you're in the government's system and they have access to your previously submitted biometrics, even if it wasn't directly with them. so, they may request new ones, or just reuse previous ones. don't stress yourself over it, Patientish. they stress us enough with their ridiculous processing times already. 🙂
