everything is done by your priority date. which is the date it was received in their system. for example we sent ours mid April and it was logged in their system in April 28. therefore they have indicated my priority date is April 28

well Orla in my case my PD Is March 4th, and they submitted everything until June, and Iβm still waiting, is why I think there are two different dates. even in my I485 the put my PD, but in my I765 they out my submit day. ( and I send everything together)

I understand what your saying PAT because I do not have a priority date as well, they received my application given NOA 1 in June, but when I called and asked about my priority date it was revealed that I did not have one on my receipt, they said NOA1 received date is not the priority date

priority date is written at your CEAC account at NVC regardless of when you submitted your application. If you are still in your USCIS waiting for approval you can assume that the recieved date at NOA1 is your Priority date , when you got to NVC your Priority date is gonna be different.
EX. they recieved your docs july 6( written in noa1)
CEAC account written : Priority date July 8
then your final priority date is july 8
