Attorney’s I-131 receipt notice was sent back to USCIS but I received my copy!
I talked to the live agent on USCIS website and they told me they don’t see anything was returned. However, my case status says the notice was returned because the mail office couldn’t deliver it. I did receive my copy weeks ago though. Any thoughts on this?

I have a question, i have my advance parol and i was planning to visit my family. this december and my lawyer told me if they knew that you’re outside the country and they were about to schedule or already scheduled an interview , they can easily cancel it and reschedule it months after!!! I mean i can always change the ticket anytime to catch the interview but still that wouldn’t help enough because they can simple cancel it to reschedule just because am outside the country at that moment!

wanna know if I could apply for my SSN
Hi everyone my I 1-30 case has being in actively reviewed for 5 months. CSC being waiting since dec 2019 hoping I get approved soon, it’s being a long wait but I’ve been very patient. I was on a work permit and I lost my SSN, I wanna know if I could apply for a new one now or I have to wait until my case approve to get the new one (I know the number gonna remain the same) but I just wanna know if I should wait or give it a try
Clarification needed.
I got my notice to appear for interview and all requirements but there is a part I dont understand.
It says am to bring birth certificates for all children of this marriage and custody papers for my children and my spouse children that are not living with me.
my husband and I have a baby together and he has a child from his prior relationship but he does not have custody papers. He took care of the child and the child spends every other weekends with us. My question is,what should I do regarding the part that ask for custody papers?
