i have received a message from lawfully that a case IOE (................) is eligible for a case inquiry to USCIS. What is this?

Hi Haider, it means your case is past the expected processing time. You can submit a case inquiry to get them to take a look at your case and hopefully prioritze.

@ Salman I did case Enquiring three weeks ago, they said they will get on to me on the 4th November but I didn't hear anything yet. secondly I submitted enquiring I was sent Enquiring ID numbers and what is that numbers for ?

hi Ken, the reference numbers can be used if you contact USCIS, it’s their way of putting a tracker on your request. From my experience you should get a response soon but it does depend on the service center. Unfortunately it is usually a copy/paste standard response and says something like: “We have had to perform additional review, and this has caused a delay in processing time.” Maybe because they are taking longer to respond to you it will be good news.
