Hi Haider, it means your case is past the expected processing time. You can submit a case inquiry to get them to take a look at your case and hopefully prioritze.

hi Ken, the reference numbers can be used if you contact USCIS, it’s their way of putting a tracker on your request. From my experience you should get a response soon but it does depend on the service center. Unfortunately it is usually a copy/paste standard response and says something like: “We have had to perform additional review, and this has caused a delay in processing time.” Maybe because they are taking longer to respond to you it will be good news. Fingers crossed
