my case took 10th months to be approved so be patient my pd was December 15th 2020 case approved October 26th 2021 October 29th NVC sent me my welcome letter I file I-130 for parents

hi Mirza! i am GC holder and want to sponsor my spouse. she has a valid B1/B2 visa but my attorney suggested to invite her on F1 visa so that she has enough time to file her application. unfortunately her F1 visa was denied and we do not know the reason of denial. i am thinking should I call her on B1 visa and sponsor her GC. in your post you said 10 days left can you elaborate what you mean by that? prompt response is appreciated
