TPS-Haiti
my husband sent a new application for TPS-Haiti and it was returned to us with the money orders. apparently we didn’t submit the right amount of mone-but we did. this is not his first time; he’s been applying since Haiti qualified for TPS. anyone experiencing same issues? can’t even get through a live CS associate for help.

I got my combo card in July and my interview is scheduled for December 9.
I am planning on travel to my family for Christmas.
let’s say I get approved on spot but don’t get the new card mailed to me before I go - can I still travel on my combo card?
Let’s say the case must be reviewed like the officer is not authorized to approve and I don’t get my new card on time - can I still travel with my combo card?

Hi. I'm new to this site and I am just a little confused by the timelines. Our petition was approved in 2017. I am a USC and my husband is Nigerian. His visa was refused after interview and we received an email stating the case was being returned to USCIS for recommendation to revoke. The case was in transit for all of 2019 and most of 2020. It was received back at USCIS on April 13, 2021 @ Nebraska and transferred to Vermont SC on May 11, 2021.
I have been seeing cases processed with PD of April and May.
Anybody experience a returned petition at VSC that hasn't been processed yet?
5 months after interview no response
its been over 5 months since i had my interview and no response. this is my second application and I started this process in 2016. It might not mean much and i know we all have our individual cases but please send some love and prayers my way today is one of those day I just wanna give up

traveling while on pending asylum
has anyone used an advance parole from a marriage application while they had a pending asylum? and if so, what happened? would appreciate your feedback! my lawyer is looking into it too but wanted to get real life experiences from the community :) i’m traveling for vacation but not going back to my home country.
why is my I-130 taking so long
my I-130 is saying I'm 4th in line to be approved. why is it taking so long for it to be approved? i have so many things with my wife and family that's being held back because of the length of time this processing is taking.
