I have question if I passed my marriage 2 years I will get 10 years green card directly? till now I didn't get approved for my cases (2 years green card) still pending I mean if they will approv me after 2 years marriage they will give me 10 years green card or 2 years

I 130 in removal proceedings

it’s been 15 days stand-alone i130 interview has done. interview went smooth. officer gave us a paper that says we need further review. he says he’s gonna review my file because I’m in removal if everything is ok he will send approval. but no answer at all. my court date is coming in few weeks.

Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS I-130

Hi everyone, could you please help me with what does it mean? I have applied for my son, and it has been almost one month that I received this message and nothing more: "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS we are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you." My receipt number starts with IOE............., so with IOE, I am not sure which center my case is. I asked Emma, but I couldn't understand how I could ask the right question? I appreciate it if you guys share with me your experiences.

Any April2021 filer got their EAD already? I just wanna keep track. Thank you!

biometrics completed EB3 downgrade but no EAD yet

i applied for Eb3 downgrade in OCT 2020, PD : Aug 2014, but in recent visa bulletin eb3 dates retrogated…i have completed my biometrics but yet to get EAD and AP approval… i140 not yet approved… Anyone in the sam situation and got their EAD ? thanks

Hi all, I mailed my application and received the receipt number, Starts with IOE (e-filling), and down the bottom, it says: National Benifit Center. I am so confused. I mailed my application, why is it showing IOE? and then saying processed at NBC? anyone knows? thank you!!!
