Geez. You might have sent an inquiry about your case and the agent told someone will call you about it. Also, they explain where this call will come from and what to expect. I don't think they will call again.

Sorry nan. I got 2 call from different agents they were very nice and polite. Told me was from uscis and I explained my case and he replied very patient and polite. I agree he might be rude as long as you were rude too.

@nan 8 you probably got an email after your request an inquiry. Go on your email and read carefully. You can clear see the phone number. Also, if any random number call me I'll let the person tell my information before I say anything. As you are explaining I guess you were the person who was rude. Apologize me but there's no reason for a scammer call you saying they are from uscis. Uscis doesn't ask money from the phone.

I sent them a message about two months ago on my online account.. they usually answer my questions by inbox . I didn’t know they will call this time

@angela. They don't ask ssn, account or credit card. They ask you the case number and name of the petitioner. Also, when you submit an inquiry, uscis send an email explaining how they will call and what number will be called. Unfortunately, Nan have to submit another inquiry and wait a little longer for someone call him again.

When I got a call from uscis I tried don't raise my voice and be rude either. I was expecting my case be approved after the call. Lol

the call is real, the lady that called wanted to talk to my husband (US citizen and she waited until I could get to him in the back yard, through even the dogs barking etc, I was like I am almost there and she was so polite, take your time I can wait, your approach sometimes give off different responses, they spoke on the phone for over 5 minutes, she explained the steps to him thoroughly because he is petitioning for myself and 2 children etc
