Anyone able to file I485 expedite request based on USCIS processing error of I140??

I requested call back with tier 2 officer and she called today morning, My I140 downgrade files last year 2019, denied in march 2020 and later approved in sep 2020 then PD 06/29/2012 retrogressed in EB3 and now current in EB2. I sent interfile request. Based on USCIS processing error I told tier 2 officer to file the expedite request and she submitted however status showing not assigned yet. anyone with similar time of secenario then let me know how I485 expedite request worked out for you!!! AP and EAD approved.

my i-130 have been received by Uscis since February 2019, till now nothing been done by Uscis. only on December 2021 they scheduled biometric appointment for my spouse instead of me . please advice

hello, i got my fingerprint taken in Nov 8, but it’s show nothing on my case since then. I am so worried about that. i knew some cases that they are denied due to fingerprint not taken even though they did. So can you help me how to ask emma to confirm that uscis received my fingerprint?
