Yes, I am EB1 in TSC - Feb 4th 2020 PD and I140 approved in September 2021.

thank you guys … it’s frustrating … rfi was medical… all of us at the same situation I guess .. I had to Renew L1 visa last November …

I’m sorry, they should process May of 2020, and I saw cases from Oct and Nov 2020 they got approved for GC.

yes, 2 times … first one was responded as everything is in time which was in November 2022 and second one is not assigned yet ..
