Biometrics
Hello, I received the letter for Biometrics appointment.
I have submitted concurrently: I485, I765 and I131.
In the letter for the Biometrics appointment is only mention Adjustment of Status, nothing regarding EAD or AP.
Will this Biometrics be valid for the three of them or I will have to go back for more Biometrics?

Expedite request
I tried to expedite my case since my wife health condition has worsen over the period of 4-5 months. The first request was denied as I believe I could explain it well to the live agent. I tried to expedite it the second time, the live agent did not expedite it saying that it will get denied again if you request for the same cause. I am not sure how would it be possible for me to explain and expedite my case

Hi community. i woke up today to a notification that our interview was finally scheduled! there is a problem, our lawyer never changed our address, now the interview is scheduled in Rhode Island but we live in California. i’m freaking out i just want this to be over with and be able to work, but now i’m worried it will take longer just because our address/field office/ wasn’t changed.
