I have ROW priority date of 19th March 2020, 31st March 2021, I485 applied, no update on status yet, anyone with similar timeline? i-140, i765 & i131 already approved.

NBC, local FO should be Kansas City but file didn’t transfer yet. I got approved on Nov. 12th!

lucky you. Congrats. Still waiting on my EAD since Dec 2020. 140 is approved in premium.

Yes, I have raised two service requests for EAD and nothing. The standard responses are that my case is in line for adjudication. Next step that I will take is to talk to my congress person. If that fails, I’ll go to Ombudsman. I am EB3-1, 140 approved in premium. I had my biometrics in November, ASC is Norfolk VA, after 11 months of wait.
