expedite I-131 extends to I-765?
If USCIS approves expedite request for I-131 and there was a I-765 with same PD, are both going to be issued expedited together or they can still come separately?

I’ve made expedite for i765, but i131 was approved as well.

If you filed Form I-131 and Form I-765 concurrently, based on a pending Green Card application (Form I-485), you should only submit an inquiry if both cases (both your Form I-131 and Form I-765 applications) are taking longer than their normal processing times.

that is from the uscis website. they will deny the request if I-765 is within normal processing times

thanks @em em. that is my case. all I-131, I-485 and I-765 filled together. Do you know what is considered a normal processing time? I’m over 180days. Thanks

the date changes every month on the uscis site. As of now, the people who submitted I765 before 01/25/21 can make a request because their case is outside normal processing time.
