Hi Sangeet, did you call them or contact through Emma? In my experience, it is better to call them in the first hour, and say "case status" to talk to the live agent. It also depends on who the live agent is and I suggest trying the another one if you feel that the agent is not fairly considering your case. If these things do not work, try to contact congressman in your area, if they write a letter to USCIS, then USCIS must review your case, good luck!

Hi Ben thanks for the response. I chatted with Emma and then requested to connect me to live agent. I believe I could not explain my case the first time it was declined in detail. I was hoping they would ask for additional evidence but they did not ask any. I would request congressman if they could help me with the case

but it has to be a pending case if you would like to request through congressman. try request through phone and if the decision is delayed then contact the congressman. my experience with phone call was nice but it depends on which agent you are talking with.
