I-485 EB-3 case outside normal processing times, service request, Texas Service Center. PD: 2-28-2020

Hi everyone. I put in a service request for the above type of case due to it being outside current normal processing times, this was about 2 weeks ago. I received an email response today stating: “We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. We have had to perform additional review, and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case has been requested for review and processing. If you do not receive a decision or notice of further action within 60 days, please contact customer service”. I also responded to the medical RFE exactly 55 days ago. Has anyone had a similar experience or gone through this before. I will appreciate any feedback! Thank you!!

Hello everyone, I had my interview on Tuesday (marriage based) and I checked my status yesterday and it shows my I-130 got approved yesterday, however my I-485 still states it is complete and needs further reviewing. is it a good sign that they approved my I-130?

Do you guys have any guess , when uscis going to finish with March and April and get straight with May applicants

combo interview n400 and i751

Hello everyone, I had an interview for n400 couple days ago but I didnt get notification for i751. I knew it may be combo so I had my preparation and took my spouse and kid with me. Turned out to be a combo. Officer asked if my wife is around by any chance. He was super nice. Told me that you two have a kid together and I also provided the deed on our names. Then he said he will recommend approval for I751 and started interview for N400. I passed all the tests. He took signatures and gave me N652 which said I passed the test but they cannot make the decision yet. Officer mentioned that he needs to approve I751 first in the system. He mentioned that I should get a lettet for oath ceremony soon. Anyone went through the same experience? How long does it take to get notification?

expedite process

i have a question related to I-765 and I-131 expedite. Do i have to submit 2 expedite? or one expedite since it is a reasons usually that you either need to go back to work or need to travel.

Case filed April 2020. Biometrics done May 2021. Yet to hear back from them. I called and they said I was out of processing time, so I filed for out of processing time to get back to me within 30 days (October 7). I’m yet to hear back till date. Everytime I call, I’m not able to go pass the machine. PLEASE how can I get to talk to a human agent. Everytime I say “talk to Emma” , the machine ends up ending the call.
