Hi friends
I am in Florida now. Can I apply for driver’s license using my EAD card, which I need to send back to USCIS for name correction ?

You can get in Florida with 797 but u have to bring other documents too like your marrage license, husband passport, DMV from another state , SSN , 2 proofs of address
