I am the beneficiary and have a job offer from a company based in California. I live outside the states and my wife and I have financial difficulty.
Would it help me to expedite my I-130?
What should I ask the company to include in their company’s letter & job offer?
What’s the best way to file for expedite Emma/congressman?

priority date
So, if my priority date (date when USCIS received my case right?) is September 17, 2021, when is it expected to become current. I’ve always have a hard time understanding that.
September 17, 2021, USCIS received my case
October 22, 2021, I did my biometrics
October 23, 2021, got a notice that said, “case is actively being reviewed by USCIS” for my I-485 and I-765, but my I-130 still says “case was received and a notice was sent”.
DACA- i485 Family Based
I have DACA and received Advanced Parole. everything seems to be going well. USCIS has been reviewing since October. DACA is going to expire in March. If nothing come thru I am going to have to pay for DACA documentation, which is an added expense. I am trying to avoid this. Does anybody have tips other then- You have to renew DACA?

My status on I 465 says your New card is being produced 121 days on average and i765 too says your application is likely to be processed in between 28 November 2021 to 29 Januarye 2022. what does it means. thanks. can some one help me understand this.

No movement for Family based categories ?
I am just one day away from becoming current and freaking no movement for last 6 months. my interview is also done, just waiting for priority date to become current. my concern is that my medicals will expire in May 2022 and have to redo if it doesnt become current by then. What the hell is going with family based GC, any insights?
I request Expedite I-765 last month
